My Approach to Helping

Do you find yourself questioning life, career, and relationships more than you used to? Are you struggling to accept life and all its changes after Covid? Or perhaps, you've made some new discoveries about yourself, but aren't sure what to do next. The last couple of years have brought with them some surprising and confusing changes. For some, its new medical diagnoses. For others, exploring sexuality & gender, career, and priorities. And still others, confronting or healing family relationships. We're at the crux of a new chapter, and I'm here to help you create a life that feels good to the new you.

In our work together, we'll dig out what no longer serves you, and create space for new stories to take root. My role is to support you as you rediscover your authentic self, provide tools and support as you learn to let go of old stories and programs keeping you stuck, and help you build a life you feel connected to.

In today's climate, life is far from easy. Though I can't promise to make it any easier, I can promise that I will support you and help you find the tools you need to navigate this world in an authentic way, and help you return to a way of being that nourishes & nurtures you. If this is a need that resonates, let's connect. I look forward to meeting you.

My Guiding Ethical Principles

Everyone has a right to heal.
You are the expert of your own healing.
You are not broken, damaged, or in need of fixing.
You are so much more than a diagnosis.
Healing is both personal AND systemic.
I will do my best, and still get it wrong.
My work as a therapist must be anti-racist.
Gender is a construct, and love is love.
