I specialize in working with individuals who are having a difficult time fostering healthy relationships, whether the difficulty is in a current relationship or in finding and keeping a partner. Unconsciously, there is a pattern that gets repeated in each relationship. I believe that working through past issues and past experiences, leads to a more positive future. Taking the necessary time to understand the true cause of a problem will help in preventing recurrence. Together we will uncover your true potential by releasing old patterns that hold you back from having a life that is fulfilled and peaceful.
I provide empathy and safety, and just the right amount of toughness. This combination allows individuals to uncover the root of their pain, which can lead to growth and expansion in ones life and psyche.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I specialize in helping individuals overcome relational difficulties, whether that is in a current relationship or in seeking the right partner. Through understanding past relationships, even as early as the relationship with your parent/s, we can uncover the common unconscious behaviors and patterns that keep preventing you from experiencing the love that you deserve.

My degree encompasses Somatic Psychology (mind/body). This form of therapy helps individuals work through mind-body concerns, such as chronic pain, anxiety, panic, body image distortions, etc. Neuroscience has taught us that our emotions can be stored in the tissues of our body. Therefore, working with the mind and body is an integral component of healing. Somatic techniques are helpful for most individuals and various emotional issues.

I am also a trained EMDR practitioner, which is one the best known techniques to heal trauma wounds and PTSD.
