My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is both relational and practical. I appreciate humor and depth, curiosity and candor.
I have come to believe that the courageous work that invites lasting change takes place as we are deeply known in relationships of trust and vulnerability.
I help clients of all ages manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, employ healthy boundaries, and communicate their needs and desires more effectively. Some of my clients feel stuck in the stuff of life. Others are experiencing significant professional, academic, or relational stress. Many come seeking greater coherence in their understanding of their stories and attachment patterns. What they all hold in common is that they are simply human.
