Panicked about the end of a relationship, an adolescent who's harming herself, or a
bleak-looking future? At the end of your rope with an adult offspring who can't or won't leave
home?

As a therapist specializing in the use of the DBT approach for anxiety, depression, self-
injury, and other problems, I help clients improve school and job performance, resist
substance abuse, create a healthy body image, and gain skills for making good choices.

You're likely a good fit for my services if you, your teen or young adult child are:

~ overwhelmed with stress and fear
~ freaking out about getting hired or into college
~ feeling angry and upset,
~ engaging in impulsively poor behaviors
~ struggling with feeling good about yourself
~ frustrated that nothing you've tried before has worked

I offer the unique skills and evidence-based approach that really gets good results.

Clients say after learning the special DBT skills from me they know how to feel good
when everything is getting bad, and they can choose not to react in hurtful, destructive
ways.

You can learn to make these skills a part of your natural coping style during our
counseling sessions.

Whether you don't know how to respond to teen distress, or your own, or are in a bad
relationship and don't know what to do, I have the skills to help you find the solutions and resolve to change things for the better.

See my website for details, and let's get started.
