My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment where individuals have the opportunity to explore and uncover their emotional blocks and heal past wounds. I believe that through the process of developing insight and awareness, my clients will be able to better manage their symptoms and develop coping skills that will help them lead more enjoyable and gratifying lives. I aspire to help my clients move beyond fleeting, quick fixes and, instead, implement long lasting change.
