My Approach to Helping
I believe a major part of psychological health is the ability to live life with greater freedom and possibility. In our work together, hopefully you will notice improved interpersonal relationships, increased insight, freedom from the past including childhood, and symptom (i.e., anxiety, depression) reduction.
I borrow from various psychotherapies including contemporary psychoanalytic-psychodynamic, gestalt, and cognitive- behavioral principals. It is my hope you will feel safe and secure in our therapeutic relationship so we may explore issues hindering you from living a fully engaged life.
My education includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, M.A. in Spiritual Psychology, and 2-year certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.
