I know that we each have the innate capacities for change and self-actualization. I work with adolescents, children, and adults in group, couples, individual, and family settings. I also offer ADHD and psychological assessment, as well as psycho-educational services. I encourage my clients to collaborate with me and adopt an active approach to treatment. I primarily use interpersonal therapy, and incorporate elements of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapies.
