My Approach to Helping
I believe each and every one of us is capable of lasting change and the right counselor can be the first step in moving towards achieving your personal goals and strengthening relationships. I have been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for 20 years. I utilize a person-centered and humanistic counseling approach in combination with Structural Family Therapy and many other modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I am truly passionate about my work and helping people improve their relationships.
