I believe in a holistic, creative, and collaborative approach to therapy. I am a skilled and caring therapist, working to help others navigate hardship, find ease, and nurture inner wisdom. Together we can gently face whatever may be feeling unmanageable and can work to harness lessons learned to support you today, grounding our work in what you value most. The vitality we uncover can help carry you forward. I offer a safe, compassionate, and always accepting space. I can provide skilled guidance to help you experience and make sense of emotions that may be too overwhelming to face alone. I see every client as a unique individual to be treated with acceptance, respect, an open mind, and objectivity. I provide a safe environment where you can speak both openly and freely.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love being able to witness positive change in the lives of others, and feel honored to be a small part of the work I get to see people do. Therapy can be hard work, and I have the utmost respect for anyone who has the courage to take a step towards change.

My View on the Nature of 'Disorders'

I do not approach therapy with the idea that anyone is 'broken' or defined by any particular disorder or diagnosis. Using a more holistic approach we can work together to discover your strengths while working to improve areas in which you may be seeking growth.
