My Approach to Helping

*All services being offered through secure telehealth at this time.

During these uncertain times the vitality of our relationships are more important than ever. The added stress of isolation, anxieties, and fears of the unknown are only compounding the struggles in our relationships with our partners. You may be feeling the pressure on what you have been aware of as unresolved issues or you may just be struggling in the moment to adjust to a new reality. I have found that with some focused attention on their relationship couples can actually thrive during this time!

Every struggle contains a kernel of hope and the possibility for renewed connection and intimacy. I am adept at helping you identify the "triggers" that are wreaking havoc on your communication. Through our work you will become experts on learning each others internal world and all that you carry into the relationship. Your newfound expertise and skills will be utilized to nourish empathy and creatively identify a path forward. Together we can identify and address what needs to be strengthened and nurtured between the two of you and what blocks are keeping you from having the relationship you desire. Now is a great time to pause and shift some energy into improving your relationship.

Couples are experiencing new and unprecedented opportunities for growth. Let’s explore together how you and your partner can thrive during this time and come out the other side with greater intimacy, connection, and resiliency.

More Info About My Practice

I believe our primary relationships impact us on a deep and lasting level and therefore the health of these relationships is vital to our well-being. I have received specialized training in couples therapy to help you and your partner gain the insight and skills needed to address where you are out-of-sorts, resentful, confused, hurt, or angry. In a collaborative process we will identify what needs to be strengthened and nurtured between the two of you and eliminate the blocks that are keeping you from experiencing your love with joy and abundance.
