My Approach to Helping
If stress, self-doubt, anger or anxiety is affecting your relationships, your job or your inner happiness, keeping you from fully enjoying life, then let's talk; if you feel lost, empty or being pulled in different directions, then let's get you back on track; if you are in the Entertainment Business andor have a demanding job with specific challenges that interfere with achieving creative success and a sense of fulfillment, I would love to help you thrive and reach your fullest potential. If you are seriously invested in therapy, you may see results right away. Longer therapy doesn't always mean more effective therapy.
I'll guide you through a process of increased self-awareness as you become more competent at managing your emotions and unmasking negative or inaccurate self-talk you may have internalized through your life. Respecting your value system, and with a direct but compassionate style, I'll help you make the most of your strengths and also acquire new skills.
It takes courage and determination to make that first contact with your therapist, but once you do, you are already halfway through taking back control of your future. Let's chat about how you would like the rest of your life to look like.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Of course you are. You're about to share your personal life with a complete stranger who claims can help you overcome some of the most severe challenges you are experiencing. And she's never met you before. It would be shocking if you were not a bit skeptical. Keep in mind, though, that this is not a lifetime commitment. You can choose to stop at any time. Call me for a free phone consultation and I will do my best to answer all your questions and address all your concerns before you commit to a session. Give yourself a chance to become a better version of yourself.
Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
I am so very sorry to hear. No wonder you are hesitant to give it another try. There could be many explanations why it didn't work for you the first time. Maybe that specific provider (style, approach, personality) wasn't the right fit for you. Or maybe the timing was off (you were too young, not motivated enough). I am sure you have had negative experiences in other areas (getting a haircut, buying a car, dating...) but that did not stop you from trying again, right? Let's chat about why that experience made such a negative impact on you and whether I could provide a better one.
