You have come to the right place if you are looking for help. You will find that I am kind, accepting, empathic and understanding regarding your situation. During the past twenty five years of my work, I have experienced many challenges in my own life. My ability to step into your shoes is what makes the connection between us. That connection is a powerful tool for you to use as you learn to manage your own challenges. I can be your guide, your cheer leader, and your support system. I am straight forward and honest. I have no tricks to use to make things better. Relationships, loss, parenting, and coming to terms with ourselves, is a life long process. I managed a Bereavement Department for a hospice for eight years, and although we share the experience, each of us has our individual and intimate ladder to climb. It is a relief to have someone you can be open with and count on as you go through disappointments and difficulties. You are not alone. Give me a call.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Psychotherapy is a broad term for helping someone through personal pain and the realities of life that we never thought we would have to face. It includes support and guidance, and learning to be more open with yourself so that you realize you can trust yourself in your life's decisions.
