More Info About My Practice

We specialize in the behavioral and mental health of children, families, teens, adults, and couples. We offer family, group, and individual psychotherapy, embracing play therapy, creative arts, and talk therapy for adolescents and children who struggle to function in their families, communities, schools, or relationships. We also offer cognitive-behavioral and behavior modification interventions, as well as parenting guidance sessions. We know that parents play an integral role in the treatment of children and adolescents, and we actively encourage parents to meet with their child's therapist on a regular basis. This affords parents the chance to discuss issues as they arise.

We perform assessments at the beginning of therapy, as well as throughout the treatment process. The initial assessment helps us determine appropriateness of therapy, identify the presenting issues, and answer questions that the client or family has about therapy.
