My Approach to Helping

Are you feeling like something is not quite right, but you are not sure why? Would you like to talk to someone but don't know who? Maybe therapy is for you? Come in and see if therapy is what you have been looking for. We can work together to discover what is troubling you and help you find the path to a better life. My passion is for helping clients discover what strengths they possess, and to help them discover tools to cope with life and gain hope towards the future. My focus is on helping women with self-esteem issues and couple relationship issus. I work with both men and women on weight issues. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling as well as pre-marital counseling. I work with adoption issues including infertility, adoption trauma, and post adoption issues. Being able to communicate with out word and deal with deep emotional issues is what sandtray therapy is all about. I use art, play, and sandtray therapy in addition to traditional methods, in a warm, safe, supportive environment to help clients work through life's difficulties.
