My Approach to Helping

Change is inevitable and yet, feeling stuck and repeating old patterns are common experiences. I help clients engage in compassionate and insightful self-explorations that translate in better coping and meaningful personal change.
I can be of help in the treatment of symptoms, including those of depression, anxiety, and other distressing conditions. Many clients seek counseling, not because of symptoms, but because they are facing challenges, want to transform aspects of their experience, or want to develop and grow to more meaningful and satisfying experiences.

I currently work via Telehealth sessions: video or phone. I am currently in Argentina and, while here, connected, available and engaged as when in PDX.

I offer an initial no-cost consultation. So please feel free to let me know and we'll set it up.

More Info About My Practice

For the past 20 years, I've been fortunate to work with inspiring colleagues and clients at NYPresbyterian Hospital in NYC; the New York State Foundations for Mental Hygiene, in NY; the The Morrison Center in Portland, OR, and in private practice in Argentina, and Oregon.
My practice is supportive of all diversity: religious, sexual, identity, and personal, and I strive to be an ally of personal choices. All communication is private and confidential.

I'm sure there is more to say, but I hope this is enough for a start.
I look forward to being of support.
