Change is inevitable, and yet repeating patterns and feeling stuck are very common experiences. As counselor, I help clients engage in compassionate and insightful self-explorations, and to build resources and experiences for lasting change. My approach is integrative and relies on established tools and resources from the counseling field, psychology, philosophy, and change theory. My bicultural background and mindfulness practice support a sensitive appreciation for the uniqueness of our experience. I hope to be a resource and will be honored to be part of your journey of growth. I currently only work via video or phone sessions.

For the past 20+ years, I've been fortunate to work with inspiring colleagues and clients at NY-Presbyterian Hospital in NYC; the New York State Foundations for Mental Hygiene, in NY; the Morrison Center in Portland, OR, and in private practice in Argentina, and Oregon. I support diversity: religious, sexual, identity, and personal, and strive to be an ally to personal choices. All communication is private and confidential.
