My Approach to Helping
Often people repeat patterns unknowingly from past experiences which continues for them a cycle of unhappiness and loneliness. I will help you understand these patters and together we will assess the best approach for problem solving and symptom relief. I am co-Director at Community Psychological Services, a non-profit training and counseling center in Encino, CA. Our group of professional therapists, interns, and trainees help individuals, couples, and families with a broad range of therapeutic issues. Each of our counselors is responsive and dedicated to helping each person achieve their goals. Our therapists are interactive and will listen to each individual's needs in order to assess the best approach for problem solving and symptom reduction. We use a combination of therapeutic styles including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, stress management, and solution based approaches. Our Center has proudly served the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley community for over 25 years. Sliding-scale fees and flexible hours are available.
