My Approach to Helping
I can tell that you’re going through a lot right now. You have been feeling anxious, and you feel unsure about yourself and your life. Perhaps your relationship or your job is overwhelming you, and you just feel like you can’t keep going on this way. You feel run-down and dragged out, and no matter what you do, it doesn’t seem to be getting any better.
Or maybe you’re feeling inundated with way too much in your life. It might be pressure from your family, your career, your friends, or some combination of the above. Or maybe it’s the pressure you’re putting on yourself as you’re trying to navigate an entirely new chapter in your life.
