My Approach to Helping
Psychotherapy and coaching focus your attention and intention on your inner life and relationships, and on helping you create the shifts you seek. My work is guided by the latest information on the science and art of well-being, and informed by years of experience, reflection, and study. Together we will explore mind, brain-body, and relationship aspects of your life and develop creative and customized methods for you to stretch, nurture, and strengthen your emotional core, your compassion and balance, and your connections and relationships. Our meetings will be filled with warmth, acceptance, humor, emotion, vitality, and possibility.

More Info About My Practice
Many of my clients are intrigued by learning about how to keep their brains in mind, and how to increase their "mindsight" and heart wisdom in everyday life. I incorporate multiple intelligences, sensory preferences, various theories of psychotherapy and change, and more, to co-create your best ways to move toward your goals.

Many of my clients do not use insurance. If you plan to, check your policy for coverage; while I do not participate on many insurance panels, most out-of-network benefits will cover a portion of the cost for my services.

Whether you decide to contact me or do something else - Congratulations on being on this quest, may you find what you are looking for, and be well.
