My Approach to Helping
The goal of my practice is to help clients reach their full potential. I aim to create a safe and judgement free space where my clients can feel comfortable working on any issue they feel is significant. I am dedicated to helping my clients work through their struggles and helping them find a solution. I have been working in the field for the past three years. I have experience working with mental health issues, substance abuse issues, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and more. If I am unavailable and cannot take your call, please leave me a voicemail and I will return your call as soon as possible.
I have been trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution focused therapy, Mindfulness based therapy, Crisis Management, Trauma focused therapy.
