My Practice & Services
Therapy is a collaborative process, and sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. We create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, improve communication, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation and resilience.
Our therapists use evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness, and strength-based interventions. Whether your child is struggling with big emotions, your teen feels overwhelmed, or you’re feeling burned out, anxious, or disconnected, therapy can help you gain clarity and feel more balanced.
We offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and work with individuals, families, and couples across different stages of life.
