I have helped individuals that are depressed, anxious, struggling with low self-esteem, engaging in self-defeating behaviors, stuck in their relationships or simply not where they want to be at this point in their life? I have found through 26 years working in the mental health field, that individuals have great capacity to heal. My style is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and interactive. I create a safe atmosphere without judgment, to help you explore past hurts, future desires and goals. I provide you with specific skills to help you overcome your distress and become the person you want.

I have extensive training and over 26 years experience working with all types of individuals, and couples providing both brief and long term work. I don't think one style fits all so I use a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to your specific needs to address a wide range of personal issues such as depression, anxiety, fear, past and present trauma, relationship issues and life transitions.

Please contact me for fee
I will give out a billing statement for you to submit to your insurance company if requested. I do not take insurance at this time. Please check to see if your insurance pays for out-of-network providers and ask what percentage of my fee they will pay. Each insurance company have their own policy regarding out-of network providers. Some pay up to 70% of the therapist fee.

The other savings that can be used are: Flex spending and Health Savings Accounts ( HSA)

I have flexible hours and can accommodate you if you travel for work.

Grief and loss and past Trauma. As a certifed EMDR therapist i have the techniques used with this modality to help you move from negative thoughts and body triggers to life affirming positive feelings.
