My Approach to Helping
Need to talk? I will listen.
Sometimes we hold our problems, worries, insecurities so closely we lose perspective. Other times we just can't seem to get "a handle" on what the "problem" is. Good therapy is not about judging people it is about dealing with the judgments you experience and getting help.
My interest is in helping you realize your basic human dignity and worthiness. I am genuinely interested in listening to you and helping you find your answers. I will hold a place for you to talk, cry, be silent, feel anger, joy or explore what leaves you feeling empty.
