My Approach to Helping
Being able to define your journey as one of resilience and growth is powerful, and I aim to guide my clients along this path.
By defining core values I help clients create goals in a trusting and collaborative space. There is healing in the power of telling your story! With a background in sports, I treat chronic health conditions, and media and gaming addictions. My experience as a college and career counselor provides a depth of experience working with stress, anxiety, depression and addictions. I believe in crafting a unique healing journey for each client!
