My Approach to Helping
It may have taken you a long time to start this search for a therapist. This is the first big step for many–one that took courage and self-love. Life can be really rough and sometimes the judgment of our families, society, and culture gets in the way of taking care of our mental health. Free yourself from self-doubt and from racing thoughts that may take over your daily activities and affect your relationships.
My hope is to make you feel comfortable enough to share your innermost thoughts and feelings in order to find inner peace. I have a very laid-back approach and allow clients to take the driver’s seat in therapy sessions. I have very diverse experience, working in many parts of the world including Armenia, New York and California. My primary experience is working with adolescents and parents with a wide range of concerns ranging from Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Griefloss, and more. It would be my honor to help you start on this journey to emotional wellness.
