I tailor psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and experiential methods, including dream analysis, Mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to your individual needs. EMDR is a powerful and highly effective mind-body treatment to move through impasses and accelerate healing of anxiety, grief and loss, performance anxiety, and trauma.

Additionally I have a special focus on bereavement counseling to guide you through the complex tasks of mourning.
