My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified health coach located in New York City. I can support you with anxiety, self esteem struggles, overcome depression, and manage interpersonal or relationship concerns. I also have extensive experience helping clients manage health issues, such as stress management, nutrition, increasing exercise, weight loss, and sleep difficulties.

I believe in a holistic approach, and strongly feel that your mental, physical, and social health are all connected. It makes me so happy to give people the tools to live their healthiest life possible, both mentally and physically. I am available for sessions in person and via a secure and easy to use online video platform.
My Role as a Therapist
I approach therapy with the idea that you are the expert on your own life. I don't believe there is one "right" approach to therapy, and always want to work with people to find the best way to help them specifically. When helping people achieve their goals, I believe in working towards sustainable changes that will last long term.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Going to therapy is actually a huge sign of strength. It takes a lot of bravery and courage to say to yourself that you need help, and you are dedicated to making changes in order to live your best life possible. It's very routine to go to a doctor for routine checkups or annual physicals, and your mental health is no different. Sometimes you just need a safe place to work through what's going on in your life. Life is hard, and there's nothing at all wrong with getting extra support.
