My Approach to Helping
I believe that good therapy can greatly enhance a person's life, whether they're coming to find balance from disruptive thoughts and emotions, cultivating deeper self-awareness, working on relationships or simply creating the time and space for their own self-care.
My approach stems from my 20+ years of studying yoga, meditation and Ayurveda and the passion that I have for the affect of these modalities on my own life.
I work in a dynamic and creative fashion, urging clients to take responsibility for their own transformation while offering a myriad of tools until they find the combination that works best for them.
I believe that every life is as valuable as every other and work to maintain a safe and nonjudgmental environment. It is important to me that every person who sits with me can feel at ease and free to be exactly as they are.
Yoga and psychotherapy are my life's work. I feel honored to share it with those whose paths cross mine and sincerely wish that all beings find peace, happiness and freedom from suffering.
