I bring enthusiasm and passion to assisting others in resolving issues, improving relationships and achieving their personal and professional goals.

As a Certified Gottman Method Couple Therapist, I will work with you to develop a clear understanding of your goals and shared vision for the ways in which you would like your relationship to grow. I will also assess your relationship strengths and areas for growth in core areas including the quality of your friendship, emotional connection, conflict management skills and shared dreams. I will assist you in having conversations with each other that help you develop better communication skills and deepen your understanding of each other and strengthen your relationship.

I offer marathon weekend couples therapy for couples who would like to work more intensively on their concerns. Couples can schedule half-day, full-day or 2-day sessions.
My approach to couple therapy is based on the research of Dr. John Gottman, and the "Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work".
