My Approach to Helping
I work with clients to help them feel empowered to take more control of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My belief is that we all have a resilient nature and if you are in a safe and empathetic environment, you can heal from mental and emotional distress.
Together, we will explore the events and the relationships in your life that have influenced the way you see yourself and the world around you. Therapy will provide you with the space to become aware of these patterns and belief systems, as well as motivate you to become more intentional within your life. Changing is a difficult task. It requires a lot of effort and it will be painful at times. My goal is to provide you with unwavering support and kindness in your darkest and most challenging moments so that you will not be alone in your journey.
