My Approach to Helping

Kelsey is transparent with her clients and shares with them aspects of her treatment such as books, websites, articles, and other applicable resources. She cherishes the moments of counseling when people begin to learn how to connect their own dots, recognize maladaptive patterns, and put the tools they have learned to good use in transforming their own circumstances. Kelsey offers a supportive, professional, and welcoming environment which she believes is crucial in providing excellent treatment. She ensures her clients feel safe, begin to learn their worth, and most importantly, she has immense faith that they will heal from their circumstances.

Kelsey Edwards believes that it is fundamentally true that people are operating in the world the best they can with the tools that they have. Sometimes people need a safe and loving environment to build on those tools and reach a place of peace and prosperity for themselves and for their families. She strives to empower individuals, couples and families to enhance their lives and create meaningful change that will have a lifelong impact. Kelsey has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families and understands how trauma impacts the way in which people see the world.
