I use an eclectic approach incorporating CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, EMDR therapy, and neurofeedback therapy to tailor the therapeutic experience to fit your specific needs and create the space for optimal growth and healing. My goal is to find the "why" behind the problem to solve the root of the problem and promote lasting change.
