My Approach to Helping

Hi there, I'm Randle. When we are together, my goal is to create a safe, calm and warm space for you to find healing and growth.

“I struggle to get out of bed.” “I feel like a failure.” “I criticize myself all day.” “I have a hard time taking care of myself.” Life transitions such as moving to a new state, starting college, break-ups or starting a new job can bring unsettling feelings to the surface and make you feel disconnected from yourself and others. When we are together, my goal is to create a safe, calm and warm space for you to find healing and growth. It can be difficult to catch your breath with everything you are balancing. My hope is that our sessions will challenge you but also provide relief and connection.

My approach is holistic and integrative. I believe that each client is unique and should be treated as such. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, disordered eating behaviors, self-esteem, life transitions, and boundaries to name a few. Together we will work to create the lifestyle that is sustainable for your optimal mental health.

You deserve to wake up in the morning and feel happy. You deserve to feel confident in your own skin. You deserve to have meaningful connections with others. Call or send me a message today to schedule your free consultation call so we can get you started on your therapeutic journey!

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

We live in a lonely, isolated world, even though we are constantly connected on social media platforms. I recognize the value of real human connection, and I offer a safe space for you to talk about anything in your life. Family members, friends, or partners play important roles in your mental health, but sometimes you need to speak with someone outside of your intimate circle. With human connection as the foundation for our sessions, I will carefully and skillfully weave in evidenced-based techniques and psychoeducation for you to feel empowered and effective in your healing and growth.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

I understand. Therapy can be daunting for some. The first session is usually nerve-racking, but once we build a relationship, you may even look forward to coming to therapy! There are enlightening sessions and difficult sessions, but that is a natural part of the journey. I put the client-therapist relationship at the forefront of your treatment. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, safe, and seen when you are with me. I go at your pace and we work on your concerns together. I value the expertise you bring into the therapy room.
