Many times, it can feel like our emotions are attacking us and we don't know where the threat is coming from. You keep trying to put out this moving fire, running from spot to spot. That's where I come in, to help you understand what your emotions are communicating. Through collaboration you will better understand and identify how to manage your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. This will allow you to nurture and grow what matters most to you.
Together we will identify what is causing you distress by cultivating insight and awareness that you can turn to for relief. I specialize in working with those who are experiencing anxiety, frustration, helplessness, and confusion. Your feelings will become an ally, not an enemy.
