My Approach to Helping
Thank you for your courage in wanting to improve your quality of life. Seeking help isn’t always easy and I commend you for being here. It would be a pleasure to get to know you on a deeper level and help you navigate through life's challenges and tough times. I use my knowledge base in effective approaches such as DBT, ACT, Attachment theory and Sensorimotor body work to help you connect with and work through the areas of your life which keep you stuck in old patterns and prevent you from reaching your full potential. Together we can work on improving your relationships, enhancing your self esteem , heal from co-dependency, and work through previous pain and trauma. If you are struggling with issues such as anxiety, setting healthy boundaries, marital discord, coping with family members struggling with addiction and blended familystep parenting challenges , you should know that you are not alone.
