My Approach to Helping
After receiving my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University, I was thrilled to join Long Island Psychology. There I help clients confront and overcome issues such as relationship stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, addiction, and more. I have helped many different types of individuals improve their quality of life by developing strategies they can use and maintain as they work to address their personal challenges. Change can sometimes feel scary, overwhelming, or out of reach, but I work to make sure my clients never feel alone. My primary goal is to create a productive, warm, and open forum that enables clients to feel safe and supported each step of the way.
I have received special recognition for my work with the college population but have had clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and seniors. I also offer psychological assessments of attention, learning, achievement, and personality-related questions. These assessments serve as important tools for identifying interventions that can be taken to prepare you, your child or your loved one for effective and lasting change.
By joining and assisting you in your process of self-discovery and understanding, I hope to empower you and boost confidence in your unique abilities. For more information about my Long Island therapy services, please contact me today.
