You are invited to a Stress Management Group Using Mindfulness Techniques
on Wednesday August 23, 2017 from 5:30-7:30 pm at:

The group will provide education on how stress impacts the body.
You will gain support from peers on how they managed stress.
The session will conclude by using Mindfulness through a creative arts exercise
that will have an end result of a functional piece of jewelry.
