My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling to live a life that feels meaningful because of how stressful life feels right now? Would you like to find ways to live life without anger or anxiety getting in the way? I get it. Life can throw us a lot of stress, especially in 2020. Job loss or changes, isolation, loved ones getting sick, and relationship problems can lead to constant worrying, difficulty sleeping, or lashing out in anger.
Every crisis is an opportunity for change. You can learn how to relate to anxiety and stress in ways that are not destructive to your life or relationships. Alcohol and other drug use, other addictive behaviors, and anger outbursts might make you feel better in the moment, but often lead to feelings of regret, relationship problems, or challenges. You can learn to be in the moment and focus on what is important to you.
