My Approach to Helping
My clients share feeling deeply supported, seen, heard, and held in a safe, non-judgmental space full of healing and alignment. I work to help my clients embrace their unique character and let it shine for all to see. You are worthy of taking up space–you matter, your ideas matter, your voice matters! I strive to see the best in every person and help you discover the best in you.
We are all beautifully human, full of unique ideas, biases, strengths, and weaknesses. If you have been missing this beauty and strength in yourself, we can uncover it together. I will encourage you to create a relationship with your emotions and tune in with who you truly are, empowering you and bringing back your voice.
More Info About My Practice
I am person-centered and strengths-based. I believe that “when the risk to stay in the bud becomes more painful than blooming” (Anis), then we are faced with an important choice. Healing is not for the faint of heart. If you survived whatever the thing is you don’t like to talk about you WILL survive the recovery. Sometimes learning to thrive takes as much gentleness and self-compassion as recovery. I support individuals healing from childhood abuse, chaotic upbringings, codependency, attachment trauma, abandonment, and narcissist abuse. I support the Neurodivergent communities and everyone being able to make their own choices with their bodies, minds, and spirits. I support individuals in anti-oppressive and anti-hate dialogues. This is a safe space for whatever you need to work through.
