My Approach to Helping
Ryannah, a resident of Northern California, earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Lawrence University. As a therapist, she has worked with children, adults, and families at local non-profits for the past twelve years. Additionally, she has served as a clinical supervisor for the last three years. Ryannah’s therapeutic approach incorporates attachment, cognitive-behavioral, and transpersonal therapy, which, respectively, allows for the exploration and repatterning of early experiences; lends a framework in which to track thoughts and behaviors through awareness; and encourages an examination of states and experiences, including artistic flow, spiritual connection, and deep insight that are beyond our everyday mind. Ryannah believes that with openness, commitment, and dedication, each person can transform their experience and live a life aligned with their values. In her spare time, Ryannah enjoys creating new recipes, hiking in nature, and exploring her newfound fascination with gardening.
