More Info About My Practice
I enjoy working from a mindful and strengths-based approach, meaning you will learn exercises such as meditation and breathing while focusing on your assets and less on weaknesses. However, I will not limit you to the therapy styles stated above. My training includes multiple disciplines and we will identify what works best for you.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Your strength and confidence does not need to be loud. It can be subtle, like a secret you keep to yourself; a smile for no other reason except the knowledge that you are resilient and you can persevere. It?s an energy you can carry when you walk into a room. Looking strong is great, but feeling strong and confident is on a whole other level. We are in this together.
