The way you speak to yourself matters. Together we will explore your story and self-talk that keeps you stuck and prevents you from moving forward. As a mental health clinician my role is to provide support, empathy, hold space, and challenge you to empower and outgrow your past self. You are the artist of your own life. Don't hand the paintbrush to anyone else.

My training includes topics such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress management, life transitions, grief, and parenting skills. In addition, I have counseled high school and NCAA Division 1 college athletes by utilizing mindfulness, relaxation, and strengths-based approach to teach competitors to remain calm under pressure, increase concentration & self-confidence, and achieve peak performance. My goals for you are to resolve conflicted feelings, find satisfaction, balance, and enhance your ability to confidently cope with obstacles that get in your way.
