I believe that we all have wounded places in our hearts that can benefit from counseling. Most people reach a point where life feels unmanageable, driving them to seek professional assistance. My work will help you to find healing from past wounds and manage present stressors in a safe and accepting environment.
I will provide you with support as you work toward fulfillment in your life. I offer a compassionate, intuitive, humorous approach. I believe in the power of therapy to help you in all of your relationships whether it be couples, family, or your work enviorment. I want to help you overcome and manage obstacles that interfere with healthy living and relationships. I have various ares of specialty including trauma, depression, relationship challenges, anxiety, loss, grief, end of life challenges, and other mental health concerns.

One of the most important aspects of finding the right therapist for you is the connection that you feel with that potential therapist. Don't be afraid to interview them over the phone before making an appoitmment. It is hard for most people to make that call once, let alone twice if you don't feel it is a fit after the fisrt session.
