My Approach to Helping
Rob Stahl is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Music Therapist (MT) who is passionate about helping anyone who needs it. In his 19 years of experience in the mental health field, he has worked with people from ages 3 to over 100, and with a variety of issues and challenges including relationship issues, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, physical disabilities, and more. Rob completed his Master's degree at Drexel University. He has a unique perspective being qualified to do verbal therapy but also having experience in person-centered music therapy. Rob also completed a 1-year training in cognitive therapy while supervised by psychologists from the Aaron Beck Institute. There's no need to keep struggling without professional support.
