My Approach to Helping

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice for 20 years.

Some people use therapy to solve a specific issue, while others consider it part of their mental health routine. I am comfortable working either short term or long term. It is up to you.

Clients describe me as quirky, funky, and unconventional. I am not your typical therapist. I work with a mixture of practice techniques, fitting the style of therapy to the need of the individual.

My passion is in creating a space where you can feel safe and understood while you explore those areas of your life that aren't working.

You deserve to live the life you want. I would like the chance to help you build that.

More Info About My Practice

I offer a sliding fee scale for people in financial crisis. I can discuss specific fee accommodations on an individual basis.

I take BCBS insurance. If you ha ve another form of insurance, I am happy to provide any information your insurance company might need in order for you to file your claim.
