My Approach to Therapy

Do you feel like anxiety has taken over your life? Are you constantly battling racing thoughts, avoiding places you once enjoyed, or feeling overwhelmed by fears you can't shake? Do your relationships leave you feeling drained or unsure of yourself? You're not alone, and change is possible! I would love to help. I help people break free from the grip of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD), and self-doubt so they can live with greater confidence and peace. With a PhD in clinical psychology and advanced training in evidence-based approaches, I bring depth and expertise to my work with clients. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and self-esteem work. I have a personal passion for helping those who are trying to establish healthier patterns in the relationships they form. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. I also specialize in self-esteem work. Whether you’re struggling with intrusive thoughts, overwhelming worry, or low self-esteem, I’ll help you find courage, clarity, and freedom. Find your direction in life again, and let go of the constant struggling. Life doesn’t have to be this hard! I want to help you stop merely surviving and start fully living again. Together, we can help you learn how to effectively manage your anxiety and relationships, and save your energy for life’s greatest pursuits.

My Practice & Services

Through PSYPACT authorization, I am licensed to provide secure telehealth sessions to clients in both Texas and Colorado. I am currently located in Austin, Texas, and can offer in-person or telehealth to Texas residents. If you’re in Colorado or any other PSYPACT state, you can start therapy with me right away online. Beginning June 2026, I’ll also be offering in-person sessions in Colorado Springs.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

My favorite thing about being a psychotherapist is watching people get *better*. So many times, patients will tell me that I have given their life back, and it makes it all worth it. My style is goal-focused, direct, and I like to use humor when appropriate to help people find their confidence.
