My desire is to motivate individuals to become the best version of themselves unapologetically. We are a private practice that provides services to individuals like you and I living with emotional struggles, anxiety, life stressors, depression, panic disorder. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on approach to problem solving. The goal is to change patterns of thinking and behavior that changes the way one feels. This therapeutic technique requires some homework to help challenge negative thoughts and replace them will more realistic thoughts. This modality is good for trauma, depression, anxiety and mood disorders.
Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a form of therapy that is derived from cognitive behavioral therapy. Its goal is to identify and challenge negative thinking patterns, regulate strong emotions, implementation of mindfulness skills and effective interpersonal skills. Mindfulness Guided Meditation, this is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
