My Approach to Helping
Due to our demanding lifestyle and taking care of others, we inadvertently forget to care for ourselves or our couplehood. I believe engaging in therapy has many benefits, whether individual counseling to work on yourself or couples therapy to foster a stronger marital bond. I have extensive experience working with couples and families, particularly couples struggling with miscommunication and feeling disconnected. I also enjoy working with premarital and multicultural couples experiencing discord in integrating values and roles. As a multicultural psychotherapist, it is imperative to honor both partners’ cultures during the process.
