My approach is to offer guidance, direction, and support for people who wish to gain insight into themselves and explore their thoughts and feelings. Everyone has the potential to feel their best and to live full and meaningful lives. Our sessions together will be interactive. We'll work collaboratively to set goals, and explore your strengths while paying close attention to what you're thinking and feeling. Our work together will help you empower you to trust yourself and to build your confidence in being the person you want to become.

Finding the right therapist who can equally offer compassion, and understand you, while challenging you to grow, is a very important process. I look forward to being that person for you.

I have extensive training and experience in couples and family counseling. My background also includes helping couples with emotional and sexual intimacy issues. In addition, I'm a Certified Group Psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
