You are not alone in what you feel. This world is overwhelming. Our jobs, relationships, life changes, and current events cause anxiety, depression, and stress. We cannot control these things, but we can understand and change our reaction to them. I believe this is a journey and together we will work to find your strength and your resilience.

I believe in a person centered and non-judgmental approach to our work. This means I will take the time to really get to know you and to help you first recognize patterns and then build the skills you need to achieve your goals and find your balance. We all want a life that is rich, meaningful, and present.
