My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy begins with the understanding that I am an advocate for the values of self-determination and personal autonomy. It is because I have great respect for the dignity and worth of all people that I aspire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. My goal in therapy is to help people achieve increased vitality, emotional well-being, and personal empowerment. Personal empowerment means taking control of your life by identifying what you want from life, setting meaningful goals, and then taking action to achieve those goals.
As the founder of this practice, I have guided many people through the process of facing and addressing life's challenges. I will help you identify what shapes you, and your emotional patterns, and help you live by the values that are meaningful to you. With the right tools, I promise that you will have a better outlook on any problems that life brings your way.
