My Approach to Helping

I strive to create a compassionate and safe environment. My goal is to help you feel understood and seen. It can be challenging to trust someone with your story but I work hard to create an environment where you can communicate your thoughts freely.

For parents, I can help bridge the gap between you and your child or teen. For your child or teen, I can be of support and offer some guidance through a challenging situation. My ultimate goal is to help work with you andor your family to achieve your goals. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University. I have been working with children and their families since my undergraduate at Concordia Universtiy, Irvine.
